How to save $5k on your engine ?

Don’t be a dipstick, and follow the instructions below.

This one is the most simple step but so difficult to carry out.

1, Open the bonnet.

2, Locate the engine dipstick.

3, Wipe the dipstick

4, Now place the dipstick back into the engine.

5, Remove the dipstick

6, Check the oil level on the dipstick.

7, If you are not sure how to check your engine oil level send me your details with a picture of your car engine bay, and I will point you in the right direction.

8, Repeat this step at least once a month.

9, If you find the oil level is low this is where life becomes more complicated.

10, Read below

Its no wonder that people are still paying out thousands of dollars on failed engines due to lack of lubrication between services.

Most people still think that when they take there car to the dealer or service centre, that is all they need to do.

With modern technology and the quest for the fleet purchaser, car makers are increasing the service schedule intervals.

This means the car owner/ driver needs to check the oil in between services and some engines will consume oil, and enough oil to create damage and or engine failure.

This is the money part.

Oils are not so simple anymore as putting in the wrong oil can cause as much damage as no oil.

The best way to know what is the correct oil the use, is ask your fleet manager, or refer to your dealer or owners manual.

Remember oil is still cheaper than an engine….
